James \"Jim\" Olivieri, Broker of Record

First licensed in NJ, Jim began helping clients find suitable housing through rental apartment homes at the Ramblewood Village Community in Mt. Laurel. He then expanded his services to include assisting his clients in all aspects of the real estate market. Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Jim is the Broker of Record for Better Homes & Gardens - Maturo in PA.

In addition to being a registered member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Jim is also on the Board of Directors for PA Association of Realtors (PAR). His primary board of Realtors is the Bucks County Assoc. of Realtors® (BCAR) where he serves as an active member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Committee. In NJ, his secondary board is the Burlington Camden County Assoc. of Realtors® (NEXXUS) & also a proud Founding Member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. His NAR Designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative); SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist); SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist); and his NAR Certifications: Military Relocation Professional (MRP); Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Presently, Jim has been completing coursework for the e-Pro certification & Real Estate Investing.
